By placing an order on this site, the customer confirms having read and accepted these conditions of sale, the price, shipping costs and methods, and the chosen payment method. Orders can only be placed by adult users.
Images and technical data shown on a product page are indicative: since our bows are made of natural wood, every piece is unique in its grain and pattern, and may show slight variations from the photos without this being a defect.
All prices shown on the site are in Euro. For customers outside the EU (including the UK), customs duties or local taxes may apply on arrival, at the recipient’s expense.
Payment
You can pay by credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (via WooPayments), by PayPal, or by bank transfer to the following details:

For bank transfers, the order is processed once payment is received; to speed this up, you can email the payment receipt with your order number to shop@testarossabows.com.
Shipping
Orders are shipped through major national and international courier services (currently GLS and BRT, with other couriers possibly added in the future), chosen case by case depending on destination and availability. Estimated delivery time is 24/48 hours within Italy (islands and remote areas excluded, longer times may apply).
Please provide a delivery address where someone is available during business hours. If nobody is home, the courier will leave a notice; goods not collected after the courier’s holding period will be returned to us, and we will contact the customer.
Every parcel is sealed with custom “FILIPPO DONADONI” tape: on delivery, please check that the parcel is intact and sealed with this tape before accepting it. If the parcel is damaged, you may accept it with reservation, noting the nature of the damage; photos of the parcel and the goods help us handle any refund.
Right of withdrawal
If you purchased as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Italy by the Codice del Consumo (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send an explicit statement to shop@testarossabows.com, for example using the model withdrawal form below, within the given time limit. The goods must be returned intact, in normal condition, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice; return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalised (for example Custom Risers or other products for which the customer chooses a specific combination of wood, draw weight, size or other non-standard features).
Legal warranty of conformity
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, all goods purchased are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under the Codice del Consumo (articles 128 et seq., implementing EU Directive 2019/771): we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery, provided it is reported within 2 months of discovery. For defects appearing within the first 12 months from delivery, it is presumed, unless proven otherwise, that they already existed at the time of delivery. To make a warranty claim, write to shop@testarossabows.com with your order number and a description of the defect.
Disputes
For any dispute, if the customer is a consumer, the courts of the customer’s place of residence have exclusive jurisdiction. Alternatively, the customer can use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or write directly to shop@testarossabows.com.
