Different woods don’t involve any technical differences in the performance of the bow, except that of their weight which can, however, be modified by purchasing a STABILIZING WEIGHT.
Different woods have different costs due to their value and the choice depends above all on personal aesthetic taste.
Woods at 0 cost: Zebrano, Bubinga, Shedua, Wenge, Yew, Purple, Rosewood.
Woods with a surcharge of 50 €: Santos, Indian Rosewood, Olive.
Woods with a surcharge of 70 €: Corazon Negro, Bocote.
Woods with a surcharge of 130 €: Cocobolo, Ebony, Makassar Ebony, Ziricote.
